Majesty Style is an AI-powered personal styling service that provides outfit recommendations based on your preferences, photos, and style goals. Our recommendations are generated by artificial intelligence and are intended as suggestions, not professional fashion or medical advice.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use the Service.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Payments & Pricing

• Pay Per Check: $5.00 per style check. Credits are non-refundable once a recommendation has been generated.
• Monthly Subscription: $9.99/month for unlimited style checks. You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
• All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your payment card details.
• Prices may be updated with prior notice. Existing subscriptions will be honored at the original rate until the end of the billing cycle.

5. Refund Policy

Because our service involves AI-generated content that is delivered instantly, refunds are generally not available once a style recommendation has been generated. However, if you experience a technical issue that prevents you from receiving your recommendation, please contact us at [email protected] and we will review your case.

6. AI Recommendations Disclaimer

Our style recommendations are generated by artificial intelligence. While we strive for high-quality, personalized suggestions:

• Recommendations are suggestions only and should not be considered professional advice.
• Product availability, pricing, and links to third-party retailers may change without notice.
• We do not guarantee the accuracy of product information or availability at linked retailers.
• Individual results may vary based on personal preferences, body type, and other factors.

7. User Content

By uploading photos or providing information to our Service:

• You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to use your photos solely for generating your style recommendations.
• You represent that you have the right to share any photos you upload.
• You retain all ownership rights to your photos.
• We will not use your photos for marketing or any purpose other than providing the Service without your explicit consent.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, design, branding, and technology of Majesty Style are the property of Mature Majesty and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our Service without our written permission.
